William Sheridan is a real estate professional with more than 40 years' experience as a developer, property manager and asset manager, investing primarily in multifamily and commercial properties. He holds an MS in Real Estate and the Built Environment from the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business, is a real estate broker in Colorado and California, holds the CCIM designation, and is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS).

Bill supports the Imagination Library of Broomfield, funded by the Broomfield Rotary Charitable Foundation. The Sheridans have homes in California and Colorado and two grown children, Brianne and Evan.
